• We currently require up to 14 days to tailor your garments to your needs. Should you require a more specific time, contact us for arrangement
• Your order will be shipped the next business day after it has been completed. We process and ship all our orders 6 days a week, with the exception of Sundays and New Zealand Public Holidays.
• Orders will be delivered within 4 working days. This does not include any possible customs delays your country may incur.

• Please be careful while taking your measurements. Please refer to our size guide.
• Standard measurements for the size you indicate XS,M,L,XL) while placing the order will be used. SIZE GUIDE
• Custom requirements: If you want to customize one of our items or make something completely unique, please contact us before you place the order. We will discuss every case individually.

• A signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment.
• We insure all packages in transit from NatalieMarseille.com to the delivery address against loss and accidental damage, once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by NatalieMarseille.
• Do not accept/sign the package if it appears to be damaged, wet or opened/resealed. Follow your courier’s instructions of how to act in this case in order to confirm that the product is safe. (For example, open the package in front of the courier to confirm that the product is intact.)
• All shipments have tracking numbers.
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes.
• Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
• Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. NatalieMarseille.com is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
• NatalieMarseille.com reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.

• Delivery to PO Boxes and rural areas for no additional cost

• The International Air Satchel service is for New Zealand Post
   

INTERNATIONAL COURIER:

• If you cancel your order before we ship it, we will issue a 50% refund. The rest will partly cover the material and labor cost.
• If you cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it, we will issue an 100% refund.

• Actual colors may slightly differ depending on your digital screen (type/resolution/brightness), we keep them as true to life as possible.
